Član 1.
U organizaciji Šahovskog kluba „Čelik“ Zenica, u vremenu od 17-20.07.2025. godine održat će se 1. međunarodni šahovski turnir „Zenica Open 2025“ – sjećanje na šahiste grada Zenice. Domaćin turnira je Studentski centar Zenica
Član 2.
Svečano otvaranje i utvrđivanje turnirskih brojeva obavit će se 17.07.2025. sa početkom u 16 sati i 00 minuta u prostoru za igru, nakon čega će se pristupiti odigravanju prvog kola.
Pravo učešća imaju svi šahisti/kinje iz BiH, kao i inostranstva koji imaju FIDE ID broj.
Član 3.
Turnir se igra po Švicarskom sistemu, FIDE varijanta u 7 kola. Tempo igre je 60 minuta sa bonifikacijom od 30 sec. po potezu počev od prvog poteza, uz primjenu Pravila FIDE za turnirski šah. Parovanje je kompjutersko.

Član 6.
Plasman igrača odredit će se prema broju postignutih poena. U slučaju istog broja poena za dva ili više igrača odredit će se prema dodatnim kriterijima i to redom:
Središnji Buholz,
Buholz ,
Rezultati igrača u istoj bodovnoj grupi,
Kumulativ,
veći broj pobjeda.
Nagrade nisu kumulativne. U slučaju da neko od igrača osvoji nagradu po dva osnova, pripada mu veća, a ako su iste pripada mu redovna.
U slučaju da neko od igrača osvoji dvije specijalne nagrade iste vrijednosti, organizator će odlučiti koja će mu biti dodijeljena.
Sve nagrade se šahistima isplaćuju na transakcijske račune u roku od 7 (sedam) dana po završetku turnira.
Član 7.
U prva tri kola igrač može tražiti da ne bude parovan tj. „Bye“. To će uraditi u pisanoj formi, i to:
za prvo kolo odmah po prijavi, a najkasnije prije parovanja prvog kola,
za drugo i treće kolo odmah po završetku posljednje partije prethodnog kola.
„Bye“ se može tražiti dvaput i za neigranu partiju dobiti pola poena u turnirskoj tabeli.
Član 8.
Upisnina za sve igrače iznosi 40 KM, izuzev kadeta i žena 30 KM
Član 9.
Svi učesnici su obavezni donijeti šahovsku garnituru normalne veličine i ispravan elektronski šahovski sat.
Član 10.
Direktor turnira je Vedad Šestić.
Sudije turnira su: Sejfudin Miskić, međunarodni sudija – glavni sudija,
Belmir Miskić, državni sudija – sudija,
Član 11.
U slučaju spora u pojedinim partijama, odluka kolegija sudija je konačna i izvršna.
Član 12.
Dozvoljeno kašnjenje na partiju je 30 minuta od početka zakazane seanse.
Član 13.
Igračima nije dozvoljeno unošenje tehnologije u salu za igru.
Član 14.
Takmičari su dužni pridržavati se Pravila šahovske igre FIDE i Etičkog kodeksa FIDE, u protivnom glavni sudija može izreći i novčane kazne, u minimalnom iznosu od 20 KM, najviše do visine osvojene nagrade.
Član 15.
Za sve sporne slučajeve za koje nisu propisane odredbe ovim Pravilnikom primjenjivati će se odredbe Pravila šaha FIDE i Raspisa organizatora.

Article 1
Organized by the Chess Club “Čelik” Zenica, the 1st International Chess Tournament “Zenica Open 2025” – In Memory of the Chess Players of the City of Zenica will be held from July 17 to 20, 2025. The host of the tournament is the Student Center Zenica.
Article 2
The official opening ceremony and the drawing of tournament numbers will take place on July 17, 2025, starting at 16:00 at the playing hall, followed by the first round.
All players from Bosnia and Herzegovina and abroad who have a FIDE ID number are eligible to participate.
Article 3
The tournament will be played using the Swiss system, FIDE variant, in 7 rounds.
Time control: 60 minutes per player + 30 seconds increment per move starting from move one, applying the FIDE Rules of Chess for tournament play. Pairings will be done by computer.

Article 6
Final standings will be determined by the total number of points earned.
Tiebreak criteria (in order):
• Median Buchholz
• Buchholz
• Results between tied players
• Cumulative score
• Greater number of wins
Prizes are not cumulative. If a player qualifies for multiple prizes, they will receive the higher prize; if prizes are equal, the regular prize will be awarded. If a player wins two special prizes of equal value, the organizer will decide which one will be awarded.
All prizes will be paid to the players' bank accounts within 7 (seven) days after the end of the tournament.
Article 7
In the first three rounds, a player may request a 'bye' (not to be paired). This must be done in writing:
- For round 1: at the time of registration or before round 1 pairings
- For rounds 2 and 3: immediately after the last game of the previous round
A 'bye' can be requested up to two times, granting 0.5 points per round not played.
Article 8
The entry fee is 40 BAM for all players, except cadets and women who pay 30 BAM.
Article 9
All participants are required to bring a standard-size chess set and a functioning digital chess clock.

Article 11
In case of disputes in individual games, the decision of the arbiters’ panel is final and binding.
Article 12
Late arrival is allowed up to 30 minutes after the scheduled start of the round.
Article 13
Players are not allowed to bring any kind of technologies in the tournament place.
Article 14
All participants must comply with the FIDE Laws of Chess and the FIDE Code of Ethics. The Chief Arbiter has the authority to impose monetary fines between 20 BAM and the amount of the prize won.
Article 15
For any issues not explicitly covered by these Regulations, the FIDE Rules of Chess and the official Tournament Announcement shall apply.
