Član 1.
U organizaciji Šahovskog kluba „Čelik“ Zenica, dana 19.07.2025. godine održat će se 1. brzopotezni šahovski turnir „Sjećanje na šahiste grada Zenice 2025“. Domaćin turnira je Studentski centar Zenica
Član 2.
Svečano otvaranje i utvrđivanje turnirskih brojeva obavit će se 19.07.2025. oko 20,00h (nakon završenog 5. kola na 1. međunarodnom šahovskom turniru „Zenica Open 2025“ – sjećanje na šahiste grada Zenice).
Pravo učešća imaju svi šahisti/kinje iz BiH, kao i inostranstva koji imaju FIDE ID broj.
Član 3.
Turnir se igra po Švicarskom sistemu, FIDE varijanta u 9 kola. Tempo igre je 3 minuta sa bonifikacijom od 2 sec. po potezu počev od prvog poteza, uz primjenu Pravila FIDE za brzopotezni šah. Parovanje je kompjutersko.
Član 4.
Satnica:
Početak turnira je u oko 20,00h
Ostali parovi će ići direktno, bez pauze.
Zatvaranje turnira je 15 minuta nakon završetka posljednjeg 9. kola.
Član 5.
Nagradni fond: 500,00 KM + kotizacije
Član 6.
Plasman igrača odredit će se prema broju postignutih poena. U slučaju istog broja poena za dva ili više igrača odredit će se prema dodatnim kriterijima i to redom:
Središnji Buholz,
Buholz ,
Rezultati igrača u istoj bodovnoj grupi,
Kumulativ,
veći broj pobjeda.
Sve nagrade se šahistima isplaćuju igračima u gotovini na ruke.
Član 7.
S obzirom da je riječ o brzopoteznom turniru, igrači nisu u mogućnosti da koriste opciju „bye“, te da budu slobodni u prva 3 kola i dobiju 0,50 poena.
Član 8.
Upisnina za sve igrače iznosi 10 KM.
Član 9.
Svi učesnici su obavezni donijeti šahovsku garnituru normalne veličine i ispravan elektronski šahovski sat.
Član 10.
Direktor turnira je Vedad Šestić.
Glavni sudija: NA Belmir Miskić – glavni sudija
Član 11.
U slučaju spora u pojedinim partijama, odluka kolegija sudija je konačna i izvršna.
Član 12.
Nije dozvoljeno kašnjene na partiju.
Član 13.
Igračima je zabranjena upotreba tehnologija za vrijeme turnira.
Član 14.
Takmičari su dužni pridržavati se Pravila šahovske igre FIDE i Etičkog kodeksa FIDE, u protivnom glavni sudija može izreći i novčane kazne, u minimalnom iznosu od 20 KM, najviše do visine osvojene nagrade.
Član 15.
Za sve sporne slučajeve za koje nisu propisane odredbe ovim Pravilnikom primjenjivati će se odredbe Pravila šaha FIDE i Raspisa organizatora.

Article 1
Organized by Chess Club "Čelik" Zenica, the 1st Blitz Chess Tournament "In Memory of the Chess Players of the City of Zenica 2025" will be held on July 19, 2025. The tournament host is the Student Center Zenica.
Article 2
The official opening and drawing of lots will take place on July 19, 2025, around 8:00 p.m. (after the end of round 5 of the 1st International Chess Tournament "Zenica Open 2025 – In Memory of the Chess Players of the City of Zenica"). All chess players from Bosnia and Herzegovina and abroad who have a FIDE ID are eligible to participate.
Article 3
The tournament will be played using the Swiss system, FIDE variant, in 9 rounds. The time control is 3 minutes with a 2-second increment from the first move, in accordance with FIDE Blitz Rules. Pairings will be generated by computer.
Article 4
Schedule:
Tournament starts at approximately 8:00 p.m.
Other pairings will follow directly, without breaks.
The tournament will close 15 minutes after the last (9th) round ends.
Article 5
Prize fund: 500.00 BAM + entry fees
Article 6
Player standings will be determined by total points. In the case of a tie, the following tiebreak criteria will be applied in order:
• Median Buchholz
• Buchholz
• Results within the same scoring group
• Cumulative score
• Greater number of wins
All prizes will be paid in cash directly to the players.
Article 7
Since this is a blitz tournament, players are not allowed to request a "bye" and cannot sit out the first three rounds for 0.5 points.
Article 8
Entry fee for all players is 10 BAM.
Article 9
All participants are required to bring a standard-size chess set and a working digital chess clock.

Article 11
In case of disputes in individual games, the decision of the arbiters' panel is final and binding.
Article 12
Late arrival to a game is not permitted.
Article 13
Players are not allowed to use any kind of technologies during tournament.
Article 14
Players must follow the FIDE Laws of Chess and the FIDE Code of Ethics. Otherwise, the Chief Arbiter may impose financial penalties, starting from 20 BAM up to the amount of the prize won.
Article 15
For all issues not covered by these rules, the FIDE Laws of Chess and the Organizer’s Tournament Announcement will apply.
